Terms and conditions of access to LinguaFrame’s digital textbooks on digital.linguaframe.com
STUDENT’S LICENCE
Your licence for LinguaFrame’s digital textbooks is personal and non-transferable.
Permitted uses of the digital textbooks
For the duration of your licence, you may:
- view them on a personal computer and/or a tablet, etc.
- use the functionality provided to store contents in your browser for offline use
Prohibited uses of the digital textbooks
You may not:
- share your user name and/or password with others to give them access to the digital textbooks; for example, you must not share them with other students at your school
- download, save, copy, transmit and/or in any other way distribute the digital textbooks, except in so far as is necessary for the functionality provided for offline use
- use the digital textbooks in any way that could harm LinguaFrame’s legitimate interests
Breaches of the terms and conditions
If you break these terms and conditions by carrying out any of the prohibited uses described above, LinguaFrame may permanently cancel your access to the digital textbooks.
Privacy
We will only use your email address to manage your access to the digital books, for example to allow you to reset your password. We will not use your email address for any other purpose whatsoever.
TEACHERS’ LICENCE
Teachers whose students are using LinguaFrame’s textbook(s) are provided with a licence for the digital textbook(s). A teachers’ licence may also be purchased separately. Access is personal, so if another teacher at your school wishes to use the digital textbooks, he/she should ask for a separate user name and password.

For the duration of your licence, you may:
- view them on a personal computer, tablet, etc. to help you prepare your classes
- present them on a digital whiteboard or similar during lessons
- use the functionality provided to store contents in your browser for offline use
Prohibited uses of the digital textbooks
You may not:
- share your user name and/or password with others to give them access to the digital textbooks; for example, you must not share them with other teachers and/or students at your school
- download, save, copy, transmit and/or in any other way distribute the digital textbooks, except in so far as is necessary for the functionality provided for offline use
- use the digital textbooks in any way that could harm LinguaFrame’s legitimate interests
Breaches of the terms and conditions
If you break these terms and conditions by carrying out any of the prohibited uses described above, LinguaFrame may permanently cancel your access to the digital textbooks, as well as the access of any other teachers at your school.
